   • Users must comply with all rules and guidelines specific to their role and type of participation.
5. Progress Tracking:
   • One of the purposes of this platform is to track the progress of different participants.
   • Users agree to have their participation and progress tracked and recorded for the purposes of event organization, monitoring, and improvement.
6. Data Privacy:
   • Users’ personal information will be collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
   • Users agree to the collection and use of their data for the purposes of managing their participation in WRO events.
7. Conduct and Behavior:
   • Users must conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all times.
   • Harassment, discrimination, and inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in account suspension or termination.
8. Content Submission:
   • Users may submit content (e.g., project details, progress updates) as part of their participation.
   • Users grant WRO-Kuwait.org the right to use, reproduce, and display submitted content for promotional and organizational purposes.
9. Event Participation:
   • Users must comply with all rules and regulations of WRO events.
   • Failure to adhere to event guidelines may result in disqualification.
