Standing rules across the whole flow
Final total /100 = AI written plans /40 + human judges' average /60.
One score per judge per team — enforced in the database, duplicates rejected.
Approved AI scores are immutable — new rounds score pending teams only.
Anonymized AI review — the admin judge sees entity type and student size, never the name.
All math recomputed server-side — totals from the browser are never trusted.
Deadlines — entity registration 10 Sept · individuals 12 Sept · submission 1:30 PM event day.
For the development team
Step 2 — registration confirmation email carrying the tokenized submission link.
Step 16 — a publish switch on the admin console (scoreboard currently unlocks by a client-side 4:00 PM time-gate; replace with a server-side published flag).
Step 18 — results email to team leaders after publishing.
Logins for steps 6–16 (admin + judges) must be enforced server-side; see api/challenge-schema.sql and the DEV TEAM comments in each page.
